About Our Eco-Friendly Practices
Our screenprinting process prioritises sustainability at every stage. We use water-based, phthalate-free inks that reduce harmful chemicals and has no heavy metals. Our production facility runs on 100% renewable energy from certified green energy and we have solar panels that can generate 100% of our energy needs in the summer.
We've implemented a closed-loop screen cleaning system that recycles the chemicals and water use. We also source organic and recycled fabrics, use biodegradable packaging, and have a zero-waste policy that includes composting and recycling all production materials wherever possible.
Yes. We use water-based, non-toxic inks certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). They biodegrade naturally without releasing toxins and require significantly less water during cleaning. Our plastisol inks are phthalate-free and can reduce PVC content by up to 50%. Combined with our closed-loop cleaning system, this lowers our environmental impact substantially.
We offer a wide range of sustainable fabrics including:
-Organic cotton certified by GOTS
-Recycled cotton blends
-Hemp fabrics
-Bamboo textiles
-Recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles
-Tencel™ (lyocell) made from sustainable wood pulp
-Modal fabrics derived from beech trees
We operate on a pre-order model to eliminate overproduction and follow a strict zero-waste policy. Fabric scraps are repurposed or donated to textile recycling programs. Screens are reclaimed and reused, and chemical waste is disposed of through specialised recycling. We also use digital proofing to reduce paper waste.
Yes. Our facility is powered by 100% renewable energy. Solar panels provide a significant portion of our needs, and any additional power is purchased from certified UK green energy suppliers. We conduct regular energy audits to improve efficiency.

Product Quality & Care
Extremely durable when properly cured. Unlike plastisol, our inks bond with fabric fibres, resulting in breathable prints that age beautifully.
-Wash inside out at 30°C or lower with eco-friendly detergent
-Avoid fabric softeners
-Line dry instead of tumble drying
-Iron on reverse side, avoiding direct heat on prints
-Wash separately for the first few washes
They resist cracking since inks penetrate fibres. Some natural fading may occur, creating a vintage look many customers love.
Most organic cotton garments are pre-shrunk. Expect ~5% shrinkage on first wash. Hemp and bamboo blends vary slightly.
